Hi, I’m Andy Schildhorn.

I’ve proudly called Langley home for over 30 years and have been helping Buyers and Sellers navigate the real estate market since 1994.

Real estate is more than buying or selling a home. It’s about timing, lifestyle, finances, and making confident decisions for the future.

As a 25+ year Medallion Club member, I bring decades of experience in pricing strategy, negotiation, marketing, and understanding the Langley and Fraser Valley markets.

My approach is straightforward:

  • Clear advice.
  • Strong communication.
  • Thoughtful strategy.
  • No pressure.

Whether you’re buying your first home, moving up, downsizing, or preparing to sell a long-time family property, my focus is helping you feel informed, prepared, and protected throughout the process.

Langley is a community I care deeply about, and I’m proud to help clients find not just the right property, but the right fit for their next chapter.

Let’s talk about your real estate plans.

My Family and Community

My wife Nina and I have raised our children, Justin and Andrea, here in Langley, and it’s a community we care deeply about. We’re excited about Langley’s future and believe every family should have the opportunity to build a life here, put down roots, and thrive in a vibrant, growing community for generations to come.

Giving back to the community has always been important to me. Over the years, I’ve been proud to serve through a number of organizations, including:

✓ Founding Director, Fort Langley Jazz & Arts Festival

✓ Past Chair, Fort Langley Community Association

✓ 25 Years with the Langley Township Fire Department

✓ 25 Years with the Langley Township Fire Department

✓ Founding President, Fort Langley Business Improvement Association

✓ Past Member, Fort Langley Lions Club
